• The work of the Faculty is governed by the Dean.
• The Dean of the Faculty is assigned by the Rector of the University guarantied by the Scientific Council on the basis of an annual contract.
• The Dean of the Faculty:

- Directly rules the educational, tutorial and scientific work of the Faculty, provides the fluent and effective performance of the educational procedure.

- Oversees the performance of the curriculum and subjective programs and students' educational and productive practical courses.

- Rules the work in chairs, the performance of chairs and professors' individual and calendar curricula.

- Organizes and performs events for the development and advancement of the curriculum, tutorial work and upbringing of the students.

- Provides the complete performance of students' obligations, oversees students' attendance.

- Fines undisciplined students and employees.

- Organizes the regular attestation of students, the taking of examinations and tests in time.

- Organizes students' self-study, performs general ruling of the chairs, scientific works carried out by the students in scientific companies and unions.

- Pays attention to the work of the Student Parliament, supports the students' interesting and valuable initiatives.

- Organizes students' transferring procedure from one academic year to another, as well as the Rector’s plans about the permission of students to the final examinations and diploma works and afterwards presents it to the Rectorate.

- Contacts with students' parents for the main problems of tutorial work informing them about students' attendance, failures in study, violation of the University regulations.

- Provides corresponding professor-tutorial resources for the Faculty who must be high-qualified and well-experienced in their obligations.

- Organizes and takes inter-chair scientific-methodological consultations, conferences and sessions.

- Is a member of the University Scientific Council and the Final examination and Reception Committees.

- Contacts with the graduates of the Faculty and organizes the verification of the quality of their practicum.

- Strives to enrich the library of the Faculty and organizes the regular use of the literature.

- Is the Head of the Faculty's Counsel and rules its work.
