  • The Council affairs are realized according to the plan discussed in the Scientific Council and is confirmed by the Rector.
  • The Council decisions are practiced after having been confirmed by the Rector.
  • The Faculty being as the main educational and administrative subdivision of the University provides the educational performance of more than one specialty, administers the educational work of the corresponding chairs.
  • The Faculty unites all the chairs, auditoriums and laboratories which are connected to corresponding specialties of the Department.
  • The Faculty is founded on the basis of the University's Scientific Council guaranteed by the Rector's order.
